Complete NACA Qualification and the required Purchase Workshop, then contact NACA's Real Estate Department or the Houston office to request an In-House or Referral Agent. Agent assignment, property availability, accepted offers, financing, and closing are not guaranteed.
Who this service helps
NACA Qualified members who are ready for a housing search. A member may choose a NACA In-House Agent, a NACA Referral Agent, or another real-estate agent, subject to NACA's referral and participation rules.

NACA's In-House Real Estate Team supports members through qualification, housing search, and the mortgage process. An agent can help a NACA Qualified member identify a property and negotiate terms while coordinating with NACA counselors and keeping the search within the member's affordable principal, interest, taxes, and insurance payment.
