How to get help
Start Home Save through the official portal and complete pre-counseling. After receiving a NACA ID by email, call 281-968-6222 and provide that ID. An advocate identifies required documents, conducts counseling, prepares the package, and follows up with the servicer or investor. No modification, payment reduction, foreclosure prevention, or other result is guaranteed.
Who this service helps
Any homeowner may apply for mortgage-modification help even if the mortgage was not obtained through NACA. A homeowner must become a NACA member to start Home Save and complete the program's pre-counseling, documentation, and advocacy process.
