How to get help
Make a written request and send or deliver it to both the other party and TEA by mail, email, fax, or hand delivery. The official model form may be used but is not required. State the parties, student and school information, and issues for mediation.

A parent, guardian, surrogate parent, adult student, school district, or other local educational agency involved in a special education dispute under Part B of IDEA.
