IDEA due process hearing process for disputes concerning a student with a disability's identification, evaluation, placement, or free appropriate public education.
How to get help
Send or deliver a written hearing request to both the other party and TEA. The request must include the student's residence address or available contact information if homeless, school name, description and facts of the problem, and a proposed resolution; the official model form may be used.
