How to get help
Use TDHCA's eligibility quick check and connect with a TDHCA-approved loan officer. Complete an approved homebuyer education course and work with participating mortgage and real-estate professionals through the program process.
Who this service helps
Open to qualifying first-time buyers, repeat buyers, and veterans; no first-time homebuyer requirement applies. The current matrix requires a Texas principal residence, applicable income limits, a minimum middle FICO score of 620, and homebuyer education.
