Submit the inquiry form on the official Stay With Us page. Staff contact the applicant for additional information and create an apartment request. Requests are not reservations and are not guaranteed. Aishel House generally reports availability by phone two to seven days before expected arrival and may offer a next-day waitlist if no unit is available.

Who this service helps

Patients must be at least 18, have a permanent residence outside Harris County, and currently receive treatment at a local medical center. Patients staying at Aishel House must be accompanied by a caregiver. People treated outside the Texas Medical Center should call to ask whether they qualify.

Cost / fees

Aishel House states an operating cost of $110 per apartment per night and requests residents contribute what they can. A subsidized rate of $50 per room per night is available, and applicants unable to pay that minimum may request consideration for a further reduction.

Aishel House offers 23 furnished one-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms, full kitchens, living and dining areas, washer-dryers, internet, balconies, and space for three to four adults. The facility also offers kosher-apartment preparation, common spaces, limited volunteer meals, weekly housekeeping, and one parking space per apartment.
