How to get help
Call 713-236-9008 Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and leave a message. Staff call back to assess the request and schedule an appointment if capacity is available. Leaving a message does not guarantee assistance.

The program serves individuals and families needing emergency assistance. Applicants must provide valid identification, proof of residence, a Social Security card, a utility disconnect notice, and any additional information requested by the case manager.
