Who this service helps
Children, adolescents, or adults with OCD or related symptoms who are appropriate for outpatient ERP, subject to diagnostic and safety assessment, clinician age range and expertise, availability, and willingness to engage in structured practice.
Where this service is available
Service area: In-person outpatient services are based at the Dallas office and marketed to Dallas and the broader metroplex. Online therapy may expand access statewide when clinically and legally appropriate.
A service area describes where help is offered or who may be served. It is not necessarily the organization’s physical location.
Cost / fees
The initial therapy intake is $250. Published individual-session rates range from $150 to $250 by clinician. Dallas CBT does not accept insurance but may provide an out-of-network receipt; verify total expected cost and cancellation terms.
About this service
Dallas CBT identifies exposure and response prevention, or ERP, as an evidence-based treatment for OCD. ERP combines gradual exposure to anxiety-provoking situations with work to reduce escape, avoidance, checking, washing, ordering, or other compulsive responses.
