How to get help

Complete the online Therapy Inquiry Form to request a new appointment. A 50–60 minute intake assessment is used to review symptoms, goals, and whether exposure-based treatment is appropriate; information is also available at 214-305-2110.

Clients with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, phobic, panic, or selected trauma-related concerns who can safely participate in outpatient exposure work, subject to clinical assessment, clinician expertise, age, and availability.

The initial therapy intake is $250. Published individual-session rates range from $150 to $250 by clinician. Insurance is not accepted; clients may request a detailed receipt for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
