Download the application and apply with help from a trained advocate, or submit the form and required supporting document independently through the official upload channel or by mail. An advocate can help with safety planning, documentation, and secure submission.
Who this service helps
A survivor of family violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, or child abduction who has a protective order or temporary injunction, or qualifying documentation of the crime.
