How to get help
Request reconsideration in a dated and signed letter within 30 days of the denial letter and explain the disagreement. If reconsideration is denied, request a final-ruling hearing in writing within 30 days of that letter. Follow the separate notice and court-filing deadlines stated for judicial review.
