How to get help
Determine the proper regulator, exhaust institutional procedures, then complete and sign the Student Complaint and Authorization Form. Submit it online with proof of exhaustion and supporting PDF records, or mail the paper form if online submission is unavailable.

Current, former, or prospective students with a non-anonymous complaint within THECB jurisdiction who completed all institutional grievance and appeal steps. Timing and subject exclusions apply.
