Use the online process or prescribed sworn complaint form. Identify the respondent, legal violation, facts, dates, and evidence; swear to the complaint; and submit online or by email, mail, or hand delivery. The Legal Department provides process information, not legal advice.

A Texas resident identifying a known respondent and alleging a violation within Commission jurisdiction. Anonymous complaints and matters outside the listed statutes are not accepted.
