How to get help
Consider first contacting the person or company to seek an informal resolution. Complete and sign the General Complaint Form, explain the circumstances and prior contacts, and attach copies of contracts, receipts, proposals, correspondence, photographs, and other supporting evidence. Submit by email or mail.
