How to get help
Complete the complaint form for a licensed engineer or surveyor; use a written complaint for a business, governmental entity, or unlicensed individual. Explain who, what, when, where, how, and if possible why, and include copies of relevant drawings, contracts, letters, photographs, reports, and witness information. Mail the complaint and supporting documents; do not email them.
Who this service helps
People with fact-based information about possible misconduct, incompetence, gross negligence, or unauthorized practice within the Board's jurisdiction. Anonymous complaints are accepted, but the Board cannot seek clarification or report the result to an anonymous complainant.
