How to get help
Download and complete the TFSC Complaint Form and submit it to the Commission with the relevant facts and supporting information. The official Complaint Resolution Chart explains the steps from filing through final disposition.
Who this service helps
Anyone who believes a person or establishment licensed by TFSC violated applicable funeral-service laws or rules. Complaints generally must be filed within two years of the event, although the Executive Director may waive the limit for good cause.
