How to get help
Confirm that the institution appears in the Department's supervised-entity search. Contact Consumer Assistance or submit the written complaint form with the institution name and location, a simple chronological narrative with names and dates, and legible copies of supporting documents. Do not send originals.
Who this service helps
Complaints involving a Texas state-chartered bank, state-chartered trust company, or state-chartered foreign bank agency or representative office supervised by the Department. The department does not intervene in pending litigation or after a court ruling.
