How to get help
Call the Consumer Assistance helpline with a general question, or begin the online complaint filing process or download the complaint form. Provide all requested information and documentation. Complaint information may be available under the Texas Public Information Act.
Who this service helps
Texas consumers with a complaint against a company regulated or registered by OCCC. The office does not intervene when the matter is in litigation or a court has ruled and cannot act as a private attorney or award monetary damages.
