How to get help
Create or sign in to a REALM Portal account, select Complaints and Enter a Complaint, identify the respondent, provide detailed facts and contact information, add witnesses if applicable, upload supporting evidence, review, and submit. Retain the complaint number sent after submission.
Who this service helps
Anyone who believes a TREC license holder or another person subject to TREC jurisdiction may have violated the Texas Real Estate License Act, the Inspector Act, or TREC rules. Complaints cannot be anonymous and do not require attorney representation.
