How to get help
Review the hearing notice and case record, submit evidence and witness information as directed, and attend or authorize a representative. A respondent who misses the hearing may present good cause within 10 days, or within one year when the notice was not received. A request for administrative review of the decision must be sent to the Hearings Administrator within 30 calendar days.
