How to get help
Register through the form linked on the Clinic Info page for an available virtual or in-person clinic. Bring available identification, Social Security card, birth certificate, physician letter, and fingerprint card; missing documents do not prevent initial participation.

About this service
Volunteer attorneys help trans and non-binary participants understand and prepare court documents used to change names or gender markers on driver's licenses, passports, birth certificates, and other identification. Volunteers also explain which supporting records are needed and how to obtain missing documents.
