For an incoming transfer, the initial housing authority must send all required portability paperwork to [email protected] or the published fax number; Rosenberg Housing Authority calls the participant after receiving the paperwork. For an outgoing transfer, submit the official Port Out Request and mutual rescission documents to the assigned case manager and attend the required mover briefing.
