How to get help
A parent, guardian, or prospective client completes the online Therapy Inquiry Form. The initial assessment reviews the child's needs, family goals, and treatment options; families may also call 214-305-2110.
Who this service helps
Individual child therapy primarily serves ages 8 and older; parent training may support parents of children ages 3 and older. Younger or other cases are considered individually, subject to clinician fit, guardian consent, availability, and outpatient appropriateness.
Where this service is available
Service area: In-person outpatient care is based at the Dallas office and serves families from Dallas and the broader DFW community. Online care may be available to Texas residents when appropriate.
A service area describes where help is offered or who may be served. It is not necessarily the organization’s physical location.
Cost / fees
The initial therapy intake is $250, and published individual-session rates range from $150 to $250 by clinician. Dallas CBT does not accept insurance but may provide a receipt for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
About this service
Dallas CBT offers active skill-building for young people, including individual therapy, parent training, or a combination. Treatment helps children identify and communicate experiences, understand triggers, regulate emotions, reduce avoidance or withdrawal, manage impulsive or aggressive behavior, and improve relationships.
