How to get help

Complete the online Therapy Inquiry Form and identify generalized anxiety or chronic worry. A 50–60 minute intake reviews concerns, goals, and treatment fit; prospective clients may also call 214-305-2110.

Children, adolescents, or adults with generalized or excessive worry who are suitable for outpatient psychotherapy, subject to assessment, clinician specialty and age range, availability, and payment arrangements.
