How to get help

Complete the Therapy Inquiry Form and request panic-disorder treatment. A 50–60 minute intake assesses symptoms, goals, and fit; prospective clients may also call 214-305-2110.

Children or adults with panic attacks or panic-disorder symptoms who are suitable for outpatient CBT and exposure work, subject to clinical assessment, medical-rule-out considerations, clinician availability, and payment arrangements.

About this service

Dallas CBT describes panic-control treatment using education about the panic cycle, coping or breathing skills, cognitive restructuring, interoceptive exposure to feared sensations, and real-world exposure to avoided situations. Treatment is individualized to the client's symptoms and goals.
