How to get help

Complete the online Therapy Inquiry Form and identify online therapy as the preferred format. The 50–60 minute intake assesses needs, goals, and fit for remote care; prospective clients may also call 214-305-2110.

About this service

Dallas CBT offers therapy by videoconferencing to expand access to cognitive behavioral and exposure-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, and other concerns. The clinic notes that online care may serve children, adolescents, and adults but is not appropriate when symptoms require a more intensive level of care.
