How to get help
Complete the online Therapy Inquiry Form and request an EMDR-trained clinician. The initial assessment reviews concerns, goals, readiness, and treatment options; clients may also call 214-305-2110.

Clients with trauma-related memories or other concerns that may be appropriate for EMDR, subject to assessment of stability, safety, treatment goals, clinician training, age, availability, and suitability for outpatient care.

Cost / fees
The initial therapy intake is $250. Individual therapy rates are published at $150–$250 depending on clinician. Dallas CBT does not accept insurance but may provide a receipt for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
