$195 per 50-minute session. The provider operates fee-for-service and out of network and may provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
About this service
Kairos approaches depression through psychoeducation, Sand Tray Therapy, EMDR, parts work, polyvagal-informed regulation, and other individualized methods. Therapy explores physiological, environmental, and trauma-related contributors, aims to reduce rumination, supports renewed engagement in school, work, relationships, and pleasurable activity, and helps clients build understanding of their symptoms.
