$195 per 50-minute session. The provider operates fee-for-service and out of network and may provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

About this service

Attachment Trauma Therapy addresses early relational experiences and patterns that may contribute to anxious or avoidant attachment, anxiety, depression, addiction, personality concerns, chronic relationship problems, low self-worth, and difficulty trusting. The provider integrates attachment theory, polyvagal theory, parts-of-self work, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, relational life therapy, EMDR, Emotional Transformation Therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, neurofeedback, and the Safe and Sound Protocol.
