About this service

The Safe and Sound Protocol is an acoustic intervention informed by polyvagal theory. Clients listen to specially filtered music through headphones while a certified therapist monitors responses and may pause for processing. Kairos uses SSP alongside therapies such as EMDR and Emotional Transformation Therapy to support regulation and prepare clients for deeper therapeutic work.
