For people affected by attachment or developmental trauma and for adolescents or adults managing depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, identity concerns, or dissociation. A free consultation is used to assess fit.

$195 per 50-minute session. The provider operates fee-for-service and out of network and may provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Emotional Transformation Therapy uses light and color wavelengths together with an attuned therapeutic relationship to support emotional processing. Kairos integrates ETT with EMDR, ego-state therapy, and attachment-based work. The provider describes applications for attachment and developmental trauma, adolescent identity concerns, depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, and dissociative identity disorder.
