About this service

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps the brain and body reprocess traumatic memories so their emotional intensity can shift toward adaptive resolution. Kairos integrates EMDR with attachment-informed, polyvagal-informed, and ego-state-informed approaches. The provider identifies attachment and developmental trauma, adolescent identity concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, personality disorders, dissociative identity disorder, and relationship difficulties as potential treatment concerns.
