About this service

Individual therapy explores early attachment relationships, parts of self, nervous-system awareness, and personal narratives. The provider integrates approaches such as attachment theory, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, relational life therapy, EMDR, Emotional Transformation Therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, neurofeedback, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. Concerns may include anxiety, depression, anger, dissociation, sleep or eating issues, addiction, and relationship difficulties.
