About this service

Trained peer facilitators help birthing people connect around feeling unsupported, unheard, or out of control during childbirth and around symptoms such as upsetting memories, avoidance, or negative thoughts and feelings. The group discusses trauma effects, emotions, and coping skills without processing detailed birth stories.
