How to get help
Use the Register Here link on the official group page to access ShareWell and Zoom. Skip the paid unlimited offer. Arrive on time because only the first 16 participants are admitted and entry closes when capacity is reached or talk time begins.
Who this service helps
Birthing people who experienced birth and/or medical trauma while also grieving the death of their baby. The group excludes partners and non-birthing parents, birth trauma without loss, and pregnancy or infant loss without birth trauma.

Service area: Free virtual group accessible to eligible birthing people in the North Texas region and elsewhere.

About this service
Trained peer facilitators provide a space that recognizes both the physical and emotional effects of traumatic birth or medical care and grief after a baby's death. The group focuses on trauma effects, emotions, grief challenges, and shared coping strategies rather than detailed birth-story processing.
