How to get help
Report safety concerns in the child support application or at any time by contacting the Division by chat or phone. Complete and return the Request for Nondisclosure form with details and, when available, supporting records such as a protective order, police report, or medical report.

A child support applicant or customer who believes disclosure of identifying information, direct negotiation, or contact with the other parent could create physical or emotional harm to the parent or children.
