Complete the Arrears Payment Incentive Program application with case, household, income, asset, employment, and payment-history information; attach supporting pay or tax documents when available; sign it; and return it within the form's stated 15-day period to the destination supplied for the case.
Who this service helps
A delinquent child support obligor with arrears assigned to the State of Texas who meets program criteria. A separate application is required for each case, and not every applicant or case qualifies.
