How to get help
Complete and sign the official complaint form. Identify the complainant and respondent, clearly describe the allegations, and include relevant supporting documents. Follow the Compliance Department instructions for submission.
Who this service helps
Identified complainants reporting alleged misconduct by a professional or program regulated by JBCC. Anonymous complaints and complaints concerning non-professional guardians are not accepted.

Service area: Statewide JBCC certification and licensing jurisdiction, including regulated court reporters and firms, court interpreters, guardians and programs, and process servers in the Central Texas counties.
