How to get help
Submit the online consumer complaint or complete the paper complaint form and mail it with copies of relevant supporting documents. Do not send original documents. The complaint and information provided may be public records and may be sent to the business named in the complaint.

Texas consumers reporting a business or individual for suspected consumer-law violations. The office does not act as the complainant's personal attorney or obtain individual refunds or damages.
