How to get help
First write to the attorney describing the concerns and requested resolution and allow 7-10 business days for a response. Then submit the signed Request for Assistance with a copy of the recent letter and any other required documentation by email, fax, or mail. CAAP does not accept a Request for Assistance by phone.

About this service

Trained mediators may offer communication strategies and may facilitate voluntary communication; the program also provides disciplinary-process information and referrals.
