How to get help
When the waitlist opens, submit a pre-application. A random lottery selects a limited number for the waiting list, followed by eligibility review, required adult orientation, housing selection, inspection, lease, and finalization.

Household income must fall below the applicable limit; HATC also reviews household income, criminal background under its administrative plan, and debts to other housing authorities.
