How to get help
Complete the assessment by phone, at a listed walk-in assessment site, through street outreach, or through a participating program already serving the applicant. Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center accepts phone assessments at 512-522-1097 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

People currently experiencing homelessness in Austin or Travis County, including people living in an emergency shelter or a place not meant for habitation and people fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence. Other limitations stated on the official page apply.

About this service
The Coordinated Assessment is a housing-needs evaluation that connects eligible people to more than 20 organizations that use the assessment to enroll people in housing programs. ECHO coordinates the system but does not itself operate housing or provide direct services.
