Who this service helps
Eligible low-income homeowners who own or are purchasing their home, meet income limits, and have a property and repair scope qualifying under City review in an annually designated target area.

Cost / fees
Projects with repairs above $10,000 and all reconstruction projects carry a 10-year lien. Assistance is optional and available only if federal funds are available.

The program addresses code violations and preserves structurally sound housing through rehabilitation; infeasible rehabilitation projects may be considered for demolition and reconstruction on the same site.
