The Lodge's optional IOP includes experiential groups, guest speakers, nutrition guidance, advanced life-skills training, psychoeducation, 12-step work, trauma processing through accelerated resolution therapy and EMDR, and one-on-one counseling. It supplements structured sober housing and peer accountability during transition.
