Work with the treatment team before discharge to create a Mission My Life plan. Alumni or loved ones needing ongoing support can call the published aftercare support number.

Aftercare includes a personalized Mission My Life plan, relapse-prevention strategies, sponsor and emergency contacts, Warriors Anonymous meetings, an alumni program and app, peer community, and connections to outpatient programs, sober living, and TMS/MeRT. Alumni can contact the provider for support after discharge.
