How to get help
New-client intakes are performed every morning on a first-come, first-served basis. People experiencing homelessness may walk in without a referral; referrals are also accepted from shelters, homeless-service providers, Harris Center programs, law enforcement outreach, and hospitals. Call 713-970-7000 to confirm the current intake location and time before travel.

About this service
The Harris Center PATH program provides clinical assessment, psychiatric and medication services, substance-use assessment and treatment, care coordination, and community outreach. Nonclinical services include meals, showers, clothing, laundry, computers, and lockers, with connections to ongoing outpatient mental-health care.
