Walk-in financial assistance is not provided, and an application or appointment does not guarantee assistance. The current application requires household identification, proof of address and housing or utility expenses, 30 days of income records, a recent bank statement, benefits records when applicable, and documentation of the current crisis. Additional rules may be applied during case review.
