The official page requires residence in Texas City ISD or La Marque; a court-ordered eviction, scheduled eviction court date, eviction notice, or landlord late notice; current-month rent arrears; an income loss or out-of-pocket expense within the prior 90 days; and supporting documents. Households receiving Section 8, public housing, or another housing subsidy are not eligible.
