How to get help
Submit the East End or Third Ward Community Revitalization application using the official online form or downloadable application. Client Services first reviews the homeowner and supporting documents; a Rebuilding Together Houston inspector then evaluates the home and proposed safety repairs. Who this service helps
The official page requires residence in East End ZIP code 77003, 77011, 77012, or 77023 or Third Ward ZIP code 77004; full-time residence in and ownership of the single-family home; household income at or below 50% of Greater Houston/Harris County Area Median Income; current property taxes or an official payment agreement; and ownership of no more than one property. Both the homeowner and home must qualify.
