How to get help
Complete every question in the online rent or mortgage assistance application. NAM conducts a random selection on the first of each month from completed applications submitted in the previous and current month. Selected applicants receive an email; the review process takes at least seven to ten business days. Call 281-885-4555 for general office assistance.
